Booking & Cancellation: Your Amarnath Pilgrimage Guide
Ready to embark on the divine journey to Amarnath? Before you pack your bags, let’s navigate the ins and outs of booking and cancellation with Amarnath Yatri. We’re here to ensure a smooth and worry-free pilgrimage for you!
Booking Made Easy:
- Payment Schedule: Secure your spot with a 50% down payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before your Pilgrimage begins. For last-minute bookings within 90 days, full payment is required.
- Docs & Permits: We make permit acquisition hassle-free! Send us scanned copies of your Aadhaar card, Pan card (or passport for foreigners), and other required documents listed on our website. We’ll handle the rest!
- Required Documents:
- Aadhar Card (Scan Copy – Both Sides)
- Pan Card (Scan Copy – Both Sides)
- Application Form
- CHC (Certified Medical Certificate) – Signed & Stamped
- 1 Digital Photo
- For Foreign Nationals:
- Passport Copy
- Additional Rs 1520 for Permit Clearance
- Submission of Documents:
- All required documents should be sent to info@amarnathyatri.com.
- Eligibility: Remember, the Pilgrimage is open to ages 13-70 only. Pregnant women in their first trimester (up to 6 months) are allowed, but please consult your doctor first.
Cancellation Policy:
- Plan Ahead: We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations incur fees to cover our logistical commitments.
- 91-365 Days: If you cancel between 91 and 365 days before the Pilgrimage , 50% of your package cost is non-refundable (the initial deposit).
- 0-90 Days: Unfortunately, cancellations within 90 days of the Pilgrimage starting date are non-refundable.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of natural disasters, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be possible.
Travel & Services:
- Flexibility for Delight: Please note that hotels, cabs, and dates may be subject to change depending on availability and operator terms. We strive to prioritize value and delight in all circumstances.
- Partial Services: Unused services within your package are non-refundable.
- Helicopter Delays: If your helicopter flight is cancelled due to weather or technical issues, please get the cancellation stamp on your ticket and email it to the operator, Amarnath Shrine Board, and us. If any refunds are received, they will be passed on to you. However, we are not responsible for helicopter operator or Shrine Board decisions regarding refunds.
